ETHYLCHLORIDE SPRAY WALTER RITTER is only for external use in local skin anesthesia. If not otherwise prescribed, ETHYLCHLORIDE SPRAY WALTER RITTER is sprayed onto the areas of the skin to be treated from a distance of approx. 30 cm until a fine white film is being produced.
Hint: In case of application in the region of head or neck special precautions have to be taken in order to avoid that ethylchloride is inhaled.
Duration of use: Mostly one single application of ETHYLCHLORIDE SPRAY WALTER RITTER is sufficient. The physician has to decide whether the treatment is to be repeated. After the expiry date ETHYLCHLORIDE SPRAY WALTER RITTER should not be used any longer.
